November 29 Christmas market in Bolnuevo to raise funds for abandoned animals
Christmas market and artisan fair at the Oasis Bar & Restaurant in aid of Friends of Mazarrón Animals (FMA)
Friends of Mazarrón Animals (FMA) is hosting its annual Christmas Market and Artisan Fair this Saturday November 29 at the Oasis Bar and Restaurant in Bolnuevo, bringing together festive shopping and support for local animal welfare in one enjoyable morning out.
Running from 10.30am to 2.30pm, the event promises to be a lovely way to get into the Christmas spirit while helping a genuinely worthwhile cause. The entrance fee is just €1 per person and every cent raised goes directly towards the charity's ever-increasing veterinary bills for unwanted and abandoned animals in the Mazarrón area.
Visitors can browse through handcrafted items and gifts from local artisans, try their luck at the tombola and enjoy music from DJ Tiger throughout the event.The day is being sponsored by Rainbow Satellites and anyone interested in booking a stall or finding out more information can contact Janice Fisher at janice.fisher@live.com.

Friends of Mazarrón Animals help to rehome unwanted and abandoned animals in the Mazarrón area.
The primary aim of the association FMA is to help unwanted and abandoned animals in the Mazarrón area. They are a non-profit making association, run by volunteers, whose main aim is to re-home animals – many are sent abroad through their work with other charities. They have no kennels so the money they receive goes towards veterinary care costs as well as the costs of re-homing. They rely on donations and funding and run many events to raise funds.
