Supplying Murcia and the Costa Cálida with quality furniture since 2005
The shop is now fully re-open at all our usual times with all necessary safety measures in place.
Furniture Plus is an English-owned company that caters for all your home furnishing needs – from a chair to an entire home’s worth of furniture. They have a range of furniture packs to suit homes and properties of all sizes, and each pack is fully customisable. If you want a particular sofa, it’s easy to upgrade. And the owners,
Roy and Christine Jones are always happy to advise customers on what would suit their particular property and what might be suitable for its function (home, holiday rental, etc.)
Located in Puerto De Mazarrón with 10,000 Square feet of display space, Furniture Plus have been meeting the furnishing needs of locals and expats for nearly 16 years now. With an emphasis on service that is both personal and fast (they keep a well-stocked warehouse to minimise waiting times), it’s been known for a customer to arrive at the showroom straight from the airport, buy a full furniture pack, and have it delivered that afternoon, with everything done by 6.00pm the same day! Roy and Christine’s business is one of the best-known names in furniture on the Costa Cálida.

Christine Jones, Furniture Plus provides everything from single items up to large-scale furniture packs to suit a variety of budgets. Established in 2005, the company has been constantly expanding and they now boast stores in Alhama de Murcia, Purias and Puerto de Mazarrón.
From the start, the Joneses were selling to both Spanish locals, resident expats, and regular visitors who own property here. One of the keys to Furniture Plus’s longevity is the extensive network of contacts and agents that ensure the business’s name is well-known in the region.
Furniture Plus offers four basic furniture packs, based on whether the home in question has 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Each pack contains everything needed to furnish the living and dining areas, bedrooms, and
bathroom and kitchen (not including the large white goods) and includes everything from curtains and towels to cutlery and sheets. There is also an emphasis on customer choice, even with their standard furniture packs. This allows customers to mix and match the packages to their own requirements. It also means that each furniture pack is potentially unique.
One unusual feature in this ‘Age of IKEA’ is that all items from Furniture Plus are handed over fully assembled, mirrors and curtains are hung, linen is stored in the appropriate cupboard, and any old unwanted furniture is removed free of charge. As the Furniture Plus slogan has it: “We'll work with you to make your life in Spain easier.”
The company keeps a large, well-stocked warehouse which allows them to deliver most orders within 24 hours (though some sofas and sofa-beds do take longer). Delivery is free to the local area and a reasonable
charge is added for deliveries further afield. Currently, Furniture Plus will deliver down the coast as far as Mojacar, Vera, and Albox, and north as far as Alicante.
The main Furniture Plus showroom is now in Mazarrón, on the Centro Comercial La Pirámide on the Avenida Dr. Meca. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (open through siesta), and Saturday 10am to 2 pm; closed on Sundays.
