The clocks go back an hour this weekend: Daylight Savings Time 2023 ends in Spain
Daylight saving time in Spain ends on October 29, and the clocks go back an hour
Don’t forget that this weekend marks the end of daylight savings time in Spain and the rest of Europe, when the clocks go back an hour for winter. This generally happens on the last Sunday of October each year, which in 2023 falls on October 29.
When do clocks go back in Spain 2023?
At 3am on Sunday October 29, the time will officially change back to 2am, meaning we all get an extra hour of sleep that weekend. In addition, it’s a public bank holiday in Spain the day after Halloween, on Wednesday November 1, for the festival of All Saints Day, so there will be some extra time to rest then.
