Three American paedophiles arrested in Spain
One of the men, apprehended in Alicante, had raped his stepdaughter and got her pregnant

In three separate high-intensity operations, the Fugitive Team of the Central Operative Unit (UCO) in Spain has tracked down three paedophiles on the run from the United States authorities.
The first wanted molester is a 71-year-old man who US police believe is part of a criminal organisation dedicated to spreading pornographic material of minors online. His IP address was traced to Miami back in 2010 and the FBI found a large amount of paedophilic content at his address.
He was arrested and brought in front of a judge but was, for some reason, released on bail. When the man’s court date arrived he failed to show up and it was established that he had fled to Honduras, where he became a citizen to avoid extradition.
However, it was recently discovered that the gang member had moved to Getafe in Madrid, and he was picked up by the OCU of the Guardia Civil.
The second case involves a 23-year-old from Michigan who contacted a child through a well-known gaming website and coerced her into sending him pornographic material of herself, which he later sold.
The alleged abuse continued from October 2022 until January 2023 until the FBI discovered that he was studying a Master's Degree in Quantum Science and Technology at the University of Barcelona, where he was eventually arrested by Spanish police.
The third man, aged 55, was living with his partner, stepdaughter and other children when he raped the 12-year-old girl in 2014. The minor became pregnant and a subsequent DNA test showed that he was the father. Getting wind of the manhunt, the paedophile fled to from the US to Spain, where he first settled in Barcelona before living for several months in the Alicante resort of Benidorm.
Eventually, the Guardia Civil tracked the man to the Gran Canaria town of Vecindario, where he was recently apprehended.
