August 1 Award-winning contemporary dance performance comes to Mojácar Playa
The free open-air performance Forgotten Memories explores human connection through movement on the Paseo Marítimo
Contemporary dance takes centre stage in Mojácar Playa on Saturday August 1 with a free performance of “Forgotten Memories”.
The 25-minute show begins at 9pm on the Paseo Marítimo, next to the Red Cross, and is suitable for audiences of all ages.
Forgotten Memories explores the emotions that shape human relationships, from attraction and connection to rejection and loss. Using expressive movement, the performance reflects on the memories and experiences that stay with us throughout our lives.
The production has received critical acclaim, winning the MálagaCrea 2020 Performance Award and earning nominations at the 2024 Lorca Awards organised by the Academy of Performing Arts of Andalusia.
Admission is free, making it an ideal opportunity to enjoy an evening of culture by the sea this summer.
