ARCHIVED - British tourist, 50, arrested for exposing himself to teenage girl in Mallorca
The man was caught fondling himself and filming the girl as she stripped down to her bikini at the Spanish hotel
A 50-year-old British holidaymaker has been arrested and fined for exposing himself in front of a teenage girl beside the pool of a Mallorca hotel. The 16-year-old victim told police that she had been stripping down to her bikini when she noticed the man nearby, touching his genitals, which were outside his swimming trunks, while recording her on his mobile phone.
The child’s mother reported the incident to the receptionist at the Peguera hotel after another guest confirmed the Brit had been spotted exposing himself before and the police arrested him.
According to local reports, the unnamed UK tourist was fined 960 euros after admitting to a crime of exhibitionism during a speedy trial in Palma, and took a flight home on Thursday July 21 after his court appearance.
