The installation of an off road hard surface space for recycling containers (tins/plastic, paper cardboard, glass, vegetation pruning etc) refuse containers and a section for furniture, situated adjacent to the roundabout at the junction of Avda. de los Covachos and the road behind the hotel. Currently all the containers are on the road or pavement which could cause danger to vehicles and pedestrians and is an eyesore, whereas the proposed location is on the main route for residents and visitors on Sectors C & D and could be used by the Golf Club and Hotel (when open).
The land is owned by the Council and designated “Espacio Libre” (Free Space).
* Improve the connection from Avenida de los Covachos to poligonos D32, D35, D27, D23, D24 and D25
It is proposed to open and create a gap in the central reservation for connection from Avenida Los Covachos to Calle Tejos to facilitate the access to poligonos D32, D35, D27, D23, D24 and D25 . Currently vehicles have to take a detour to the next gap in the central reservation and double back.

If any incident closes the main road (Avenida de los Covachos), Calle Aljibe is the only route for people on Sector D and Sector C South (over 2000 dwellings in total) to gain access to facilities and the RM-3.
* Repair road and pavement on Calle Arucarias
Repair Calle Arucarias due to danger that exists for people living in the Camposol urbanisation and the demand that exists in that area, proposed repair of curbs, pavements potholes and the asphating of Calle Arucarias.
* 2 proposals to extend the facilities adjacent to the Football pitch on Sector D
To continue to develop the area next to the football pitch (completed in 2020) to include hard surface with table tennis and exercise apparatus on the remaining council owned land.
* Creation of a safe exercise area for dogs in Camposol
This proposal is to create such equipment in sector D of Camposol with a closed area and activity devices for the enjoyment of both dogs and owners.

The following 3 proposals were also lodged
Asphalting Calle Cañar, Asphalting Calle Sorvilan and Asphalting Calles Siles & Aspilla. Although these roads are in a state of disrepair being internal poligono roads they are not Public Domain which is a stipulation for entering proposals, so may not proceed to the second phase.
The second phase will be the study and validation of the projects to ensure they conform to the criteria and law, those successful will continue to the third phase - the final vote.
