ARCHIVED - New bus route connects Torre Pacheco with Balsicas, Dolores and Roldan
Locals and visitors can make use of two new bus routes within the municipality of Torre Pacheco, Murcia
Two new urban bus routes are now operating in the municipality of Torre Pacheco with the aim of providing better public transport links for residents.
The first bus route (line 1) runs from 7.20am until 15.30pm within the town of Torre Pacheco, with 16 different stops within walking distance from health centres, the bus station and the Adif train station.
Meanwhile, line 2 runs between the town of Torre Pacheco and the outlying districts of Roldán, Balsicas and Dolores de Pacheco, with 11 different bus stops. This route runs from 7.15am until 3.45pm.
Prices for the new routes range between 40 cents for pensioners and students, and one euro for a normal ticket. The initial contract for these two routes, signed by the Town Hall and El Pasico Bus, has an initial duration of three years with the option to extend the agreement for an additional year.
