The council offers an app, online contact or phone service via which residents can communicate with the council
San Javier town hall has reminded residents that a communications channel is available via which they can communicate deficiencies in lighting, or communicate about bins, sewage, water, rubbish disposal etc directly to the council, rather than taking to social media to complain.
The Línea Verde App is available to download via iOS or Android, there is a phone number or online contact form, all accesible via the lineaverdesanjavier.es website.
The council gave an example of how easily the system works; having yesterday received notification that a cover had disappeared from the gola del Charco area, it was a simple matter for municipal services to send an operative down to replace it, having been notified that there was a problem.
The service covers all of the San Javier municipality including the areas of La Manga del Mar Menor which are part of San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera.
