Spring-like temperatures close the month: Alicante weather forecast Nov 27-30

Weather outlook on Wednesday November 29

It looks like we’ll have to wait until December for any chance of wintery weather in Alicante province, and possibly not even then if the predictions of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) hold true.

At the moment, the experts are forecasting a bright, sunny week with temperatures reaching the mid 20s and while the winds that were present over the weekend will persist, there’s only a very slight chance of rain as we approach the weekend.

Monday November 27

Mostly clear with cloudy intervals on Monday and a light westerly breeze will pick up strength in the afternoon. Daytime temperatures will begin to creep up across the board although there’ll be few changes at night.

Minimum and maximum temperatures on Monday

Alcoy: 9ºC to 20ºC

Alicante: 10ºC to 24ºC

Denia: 8ºC to 23ºC

Elche: 9ºC to 24ºC

Orihuela: 7ºC to 24ºC

Tuesday November 28

The mercury will take a slight dip on Tuesday but most areas will still reach the low 20s at the height of a day which promises to be largely sunny. The evening will be very mild and the moderate west wind will become much lighter as the day goes on.

Alcoy: 10ºC to 18ºC

Alicante: 14ºC to 23ºC

Denia: 13ºC to 23ºC

Elche: 13ºC to 23ºC

Orihuela: 12ºC to 22ºC

Wednesday November 29

After some mists and fog banks inland during the early morning, Wednesday will be marked by cloudy intervals. Night-time temperatures will drop a little in parts while the heat will increase during the day, especially in the south of Alicante. A light wind will grow to moderate along the coast and inland throughout the afternoon.

Alcoy: 10ºC to 20ºC

Alicante: 12ºC to 22ºC

Denia: 12ºC to 23ºC

Elche: 11ºC to 23ºC

Orihuela: 10ºC to 23ºC

Thursday November 30

Cloudy spells will develop into more overcast skies in the middle of the day, when there a possibility of some light rain inland. Though unlikely, there is a chance this could spread to the rest of the province in a very weak and scattered way. Both day and night-time temperatures are on the rise again.

Alcoy: 13ºC to 22ºC

Alicante: 13ºC to 22ºC

Denia: 11ºC to 24ºC

Elche: 11ºC to 24ºC

Orihuela: 11ºC to 25ºC
