Two armed robbers were arrested following the attack in the Murcia municipality
The National Police in Cieza arrested two young men on Saturday October 30 for allegedly robbing several women at gunpoint at a petrol station in the Los Albares area of the Murcian municipality.
According to police sources, the two men, wearing ski masks, approached a group of four young women shortly after 11:30pm. Brandishing a pistol, the aggressors demanded that their victims hand over their purses before they fled the area in a car in the direction of Albacete.
A short time later the police caught up with the robbers and arrested them. They recovered the stolen items, including two mobile phones, and returned them to the young women.
